ABOUT ME
Coco Love has always loved dancing. She studied dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. Although she didn’t pursue a career in dance immediately after graduating, she still enjoyed busting out shapes on the dance floor and dancing around the house.

Years later, she realised she wanted to get back into dance and attended burlesque fitness classes at Blush dance studios in Stockport. This helped fuel her passion and soon after, she attended a burlesque fitness instructor course at Blush. She then started up her own burlesque fitness classes in Manchester, in 2017. It wasn’t long after starting the classes that the opportunity to perform arose and Coco Love and her students (the Lovettes) performed at local festivals and showcases with Coco also holding her own sell out showcase in March 2018. Coco stopped teaching burlesque fitness classes in 2019, to concentrate on her own personal development.

To develop her own skills, Coco has attended many workshops and classes (and continues to do so) and was a student of Lady Wildflower. This gave her the chance to debut as a solo artist at the Frou Frou Club in Hebden Bridge in March 2018. Since then she has continued to perform at other well known, sell out burlesque shows such as the Slippery Belle, CherieBebe’s Burlesque Revue and the hilarious Titters and Tassels. She has performed alongside incredible performers such as; Cece Sinclair, Trixie Blue, Cleopantha, Kiki Lovechild, Velma Von Bon Bon and Millie Dollar to name but a few.

She has been a Go-Go dancer at the Kendal Calling Festival for Kunst Cabaret and also used to teach dance hen parties and workshops.

She got through to the finals in Infinitease and Seren Yn Codi in 2019. She was also runner up at the UK Burlesque Convention Finals.

During lockdown she performed at various online shows.

Coco is currently working on 2 new acts.
